Hi all,

We have an FMCOMMS2 running on a ZedBoard, with your reference design (version 2014_R1, works perfectly ^^ ).

We need to monitor the registers of the AD9361. So far we've been able to do so with the

/sys/kernel/debug/iio/iio:device1/directregaccess

This work fine but is way too slow (because of fopen & fclose mostly) for our application.

Therefore, we're trying to read them directly via SPI driver. Is this possible ? (directly from the ZedBoard)

We saw the function ad9361_spi_readm in ad9361.c that seems to do what we'd like. Can it be used in a standalone program compiled directly on the ZedBoard ?

Regards,

Sébastien
