Using PG' (power good) pin of ADSP BF50x

As I understand from ADSP-BF50x Blackfin Processor Hardware Reference, the PG’ (power good) input can be used to inform processor that VDDINT voltage is above (or not) of the predetermined voltage level. It is clear that under hibernate state processor can start-up after level of VDDINT has reached a chosen level. But what happen in normal run state when the level of VDDINT has decreased under fixed level of PG’ (power good) voltage? Will it generate RESET or not? In another words, have I used external comparator to control VDDINT level or can use build-in functionality to RESET processor under low VDDINT voltage?
