Calibration FMCOMMS1 from NO OS

Hi all,

we implemented ZigBee TxRx on zedboard + fmcomms1. Tx is working and it is compatible with

commercial ZigBee devices. Our Rx is also working with our Tx, but when we try to send data from

commercial device we are having issues. First problem is that we are not able to see waveform of

commercial zigbee device in chipscope after ADC. So I decided to boot up linux from SD card to

see what will I get in IIO Osciloscope. At first I had same problems, constellation diagram was wrong,

waveform of signal was looking like noise. After doing calibration I got perfect constellation diagram and

waveform. To speed up learning curve, could you explain me how calibration works. To be more precise

how to do it from  NO OS? Where calibrated data is stored?  How data is calculated. I see in script that it

is stored in EEPROM. Is that EEPROM memory on ZedBoard or on FMCOMMS1?

Thank you in advance on answers,
