May I know where the SOG filter (0x34:2) located in the signal path? We saw noise on some lines of the frame when that filter is enabled.

If you look at fig 9 in the datasheet.
The SOG filter would be more or less after the MUX that's fed by the SOGIN sync slicers.
As you know the pixel clock is generated off the Hsync reference, derived either from HSYNCx or SOGx. What is probably happening is that when you have the SOG filter enabled you have a little bit more jitter on the generated hysnc, due to just how the filter is architected. You will have to adjust the phase of the sampling clock to get a optimum sampling point again.
