Good day! When checking the board, the resistance of the chip on nutrition 1.4 Ohm, the same can not be right (claimed 220 mA current * 5). What could I do wrong? Driving in the application.
Don't quite follow your question. At what points are you measuring the resistance? I suspect the amplifier is not being biased correctly. Please refer to the Standard Amplifier Bias Sequence in the App note attached for guidance.
You will need to adjust the gate voltage between -2V and 0V to achieve the target drain current of 220mA.
The article 5 of the amplifiers and all behave the same. Yes, Vgg has offset is set to zero through a resistor. Maybe that's the problem?
