Hi everyone! First time in this forum, hope that anyone can help me:
my ADIS 16448 IMU has a certain malfunction: the values in the registers are readable but static (they only change all 30 seconds, which is odd especially in the gyros and accelerometers). All registers act the same (also temperature, baro, ...). The prod-id is readable and shows the expected 0x4040 and also the serial number shows reasonable values. You can also change the values in the registers (e.g. I have changed the bias offset in the gyroscopes; by reading the registers I was able to see that the value is saved, too). The internal self-test answers with 16 nulls. Now, I am running out of ideas.
I communicate via an Arduino Due and SPI. Ialso changed the microcontroller, but same results, so it is not a communication problem.
