Meaning of REVPID?

Hi,

i can see in the "ADSP-2136x_pgr_rev2-1.pdf" that there is a register called REVPID that gives me informations on the processor silicon revision and type.

It is mentioned that more information can be found on the ADI website about this.

According to my tests the revision of my chip 0.00 (ADSP-21469 EZ-BOARD 0.2) and the PROCID (Bits 0-3) is 0x5.

Where can I find informations about the meaning of the PROCID bits?

Thank you!

Christian
