SHARC as input to a home theatre system -- community project

I have a community project where I need to pick up a signal from 1 to 3 microphones, process the signals on a SHARC, and then use the output from the SHARC as input to a home theatre system.

I can obviously use left and right stereo -- but how do I get the other 6 signals from the SHARC into a typical home theatre system -- assume that the system includes a hi-end amplifier

Is the only way by some how generating my own audio digital stream and dumping that through a HDMI socket of the home audio system or is there some other capability on the SHARC21469 evaluation boad (or another SHARC eval board) that I am over looking

If any body plays in the band and does home recording, is there a mixer out there that would do job.  Has to run in real-time
