AD8362 shuts off?

I've made four AD8362 RF Pwr Detectors using the same PCB layout and the same component values. Operation range is 1MHz to 10MHz.

The first board works as intended, and I've had no problems from it.

The next three boards have all exhibited the same strange problem -- the outputs drop to almost 0 V after some seemingly random time period (a couple hours to a couple days). I've discovered that touching a hot soldering iron to various components (or empty pads) makes the "dead" circuit start operating again. It works for some time period then drops off again.

Any ideas what might be causing this? Is there a known issue with the AD8362? Could this be an issue with the size CLPF?
