I got a ADDS-HPUSB-ICE from the lab, but i couldnt find out the power adaptor for that emulator. Can that be powered up using the USB cable?
Do you have any datasheet/User manual for ADDS-HPUSB-ICE ?
Thanks and Regards,
Unfortunately the HPUSB-ICE cannot be powered via USB, it requires the 7V, 2.14A power supply.
There is a "HPUSB, USB, HPPCI Emulators User’s Guide", which is available via the link below:
First of all, thanks for replying.
When i checked the User manual for HPUSB -ICE , the power supply voltage rating mentioned in it is 5V .
you are correct. The Emulators use a 5V, 2.6A power supply; I was looking at an (older) EZ-KIT Lite supply on my desk (newer EZ-KITs use a 5V, 2.16A power supply). Sorry for any confusion!
