ADUM3223 isolation issue

I'm designing a new product and I'd like to use the ADUM3223, but I have a little doubt. In the datasheet there is a sentence wihch says:"The ADuM3223 provides 3000 V rms isolation in the narrow body, 16-lead SOIC package", but, later, there is another sentence which says: "Each output may be continuously operated up to 537 V peak relative to the input".

Then, my question is, if I have a galvanic isolation of 3000Vrms, what does it mean the second sentence? Why the voltage between input and output is limited to 537V if it is suposed to be 3000Vrms?

Thank you very much for your answers and attention.
