I have few questions on ADIS16405 application and testing.
1/ As ADIS16405 spec Page4 bottom shown, Conversion Rate is 819.2SPS--- Max. But it never reached the Max.
How about the issue on? What need I do, How to get the Max Conversion rate?
2/ I used the ADIS16405 on Rural Cropper/Tractor, beside the engine.
It will cause the Magnetometer has larger offset error when the engine started.
The offset will be normal after 30 minutes, it is a very long time. We can't accept. How to prevent this?
May I need the magnet shielding screen?
3/ How to calibrate the magnetometer? May I get a guideline?
4/ How about the EMI shielding solution of IMU? How to isolate the vibration from the machine/ engine?
But it can't cause the IMU performance worse. I know the Gyro has vibration hardened feature with fully Diff Arch.
We want to make the sensor working more stable and precision.
