ADV7842 SDR SDRAM Memory Test

Hi,

I have a problem with the memory test on my board. When I follow this document:

https://ez.analog.com/servlet/JiveServlet/download/1712-25-19557/ADV7842_External_Memory_Test_Rev0.pdf

The test finished with at least one error because the error flag is set to '1'.

I'm using an ADV7842 and a SDR SDRAM ( IS42S16400J-6BL ) [1 Meg Bits x 16 Bits x 4 Banks (64-MBIT)].

My board seems to be ok, I checked the connexions more than twice...

I followed the instruction order from the document ( HW reset -> Document Instructions), it failed.

I tried with some more configuration before launching the test (HW reset -> I2C@ setting in main bloc -> "My instruction list" [details below] -> Document Instructions ).

In all cases, I checked the signals between the ADV and the SDRAM and the level of signal are ok.

Does anyone have an idea of why this test is'nt working?

Thx
