In this system the phase of the output is critical.

We need to know only the output phase depndancy by temperature for a given part, not the phase noise.

I mean, how the phase of the output changes with the temperature.

You said "over temperature I believe it should be stable", could you please check how much stable it is? because we need realy accurate phase stbility.

I'm not exactly sure what it is that you're needing to know. The ADF5355 has the capability to achieve 0hz frequency as well as several options to control phase. Process variation will likely necessitate characterization of the absolute phase required for your application (if that's what is needed) and this will likely vary from part to part although over temperature I believe it should be stable. The variation of the phase itself then becomes a function of the phase noise vs temperature at the frequency of interest. I'm not sure that we have this data but can check if you can confirm that this is what you need.
