Same result when input different power on ADL5513

Hi Sir:

 

We use AD5513 EVB to do RF power measurement, but met a issue need your help.

 

We test some input condictions from a to d, but get the same result from Vout (0.398V).

a. Vpos=3.3v, Pin = -40 dBm, Frequency = 2GHz (sine wave), TADJ pin= floating

b. Vpos=3.3v, Pin = -20 dBm, Frequency = 2GHz (sine wave), TADJ pin= floating

c. Vpos=3.3v, Pin = -10 dBm, Frequency = 2GHz (sine wave), TADJ pin= floating

d. Vpos=3.3v, Pin = 0 dBm, Frequency = 2GHz (sine wave), TADJ pin= floating

 

Below schematic is follow data-sheet table 5 "Output interface—measurement mode".

 

Could you give some suggestion for this issue?
