Cell-Balancing doesn't work - AD7280A

Hello,
I want to use your AD7280A to monitor our accumulator and balance the cells of my electric car during charging.

For the balancing we use the recommand schematic from the datasheet. The microcontroller write in the Cell-Balancing-Register (0x14) 0xFC to activate all balancing resistors. This value can be read out of the register after writing.

Both AD7280A on my PCB (daisy-chain-mode) only switch on the first balancing pin (CB1). All other pins stay on their previous voltage.

I also check the CBx timer register. In this case only CB1 register works as exspected, too.

Did I forgot to set up another register or pay attention to something else? We test all possible hardware faults, but nothing would be found. And the voltage measurement works fine.

Thank you very much for your support!
