Figure 13 describes the leakage current vs. temperature. What are the "++" and "- -" in the IDs(ON)++ and IDs(ON)- - trying to describe ?
Same question for the Is(OFF)+ - and Is(OFF) - +. What are the "+ -" and "- +" trying to describe.
The signs relate to the polarity on the source and drain pins. The source and drain bias voltages are either 1V or 10V as indicated in the plot. Id,s(on)++ means there's 10V on source and drain, Id,s(on)-- means there's 1V on source and drain.
When the switch is on, the source and drain will be at the same voltage. For the off plots, there is 1V at one side of the switch, and 10V at the other side, as indicated by the + and - signs in the traces.
