May I know the power rating for ADP5090-2-EVALZ that is a Evaluation Board with Solar Harvester ??
if we setting 3.3Vout , how much the iout ??

for the ADP5090-2-EVALZ, you can calculate how much power you can use. the energy is from the super cap which is 100mF.
if we setting 3.3Vout , how much the iout with 100mF ??
if you use ADP160, the maximum current should 150mA.
if you don't use ADP160 and just use SYS to power your system load with the supercap directly, we recommend the current not higher than 800mA. You have to consider the voltage drop of the supercap with the current value and time duration.

Float the RDIV jumper (J3) and provide an external voltage at the CBP pin as the MPPT voltage

for PV = 0.8V ??
you can use the 0.8V to set the CBP pin. this voltage equals the MPPT voltage. but you need a current source to connect with the VIN and limit the OCV lower than 3.3V to make sure not damage the chip.

When I use vin=0.5V that Output can't loading
I just check the startup with voltage source. you can try to remove the output source at SYS. just use a meter to monitor the SYS voltage. it should be charged up if you set CBP=0.4V and VIN is 0.5V.
I dont understand why use meter at SYS pin. how can add loading for checking boost efficiency?

I saw user-guide that isn't cleanly there.
ADP5090 is not similar as traditional regulator so you may not use e-load to measure the efficiency. you need use a voltage source that can sink current to set a SYS voltlage like 3.3V and you can measure the current flow into the voltage source.
In factor, it needs current source and voltage source which can sink current to measure the efficency.
