I would like to know what connector is used on the ADIS16448 IMU. I need to know the part number of the connector so I can go get the spec sheet on it and verify the plating material/thickness that is used. Thanks!

MW-10-03-G-D-130-01 from Samtec. Hope that helps. The datasheet does offer a suggestion for the mating connector. It is embedded in Figure 5 if I remember correctly.
That is exactly the information I needed. Looking at the datasheet for the connector I can see there is a 10 micro-inch gold plating over 50 micro-inch Nickle plating.
With reference to SAE AMS2422 standard for gold plating, it looks like this connector is compliant to not having gold/tin intermetallics (brittle solder joints), but there might still be a concern about the connector mating surface having less than 50 micro-inch gold plating. Not a problem for most, but might be something I need to address for my application. Thanks again!

Not a big deal but, I took a closer look at the connector part number, I think there is an error with the last 2 digits (-01).
The last set of numbers should be the post height, and should be represented by 3 digits. The minimum should be -065 (0.065 inches).
I don't have my 448 handy, but if you measure the pin height we can correct the post so we have the most accurate information available for the next guy.
I think the available options are:
-065, -075, -080, -112, -120, -124, -125, -180
