I want to amplify the output of a general function generator (Stanford Research, DS345) which I mainly use to generate square pulses of ~50 to 400ms duration.
The amplitude range into 50 Ohm of the Stanford Research generator is |Vac peak| + |Vdc| ≤ 5 V .
The desired minimal requirements are 40V and 1W. (If possible the amplifier should have a voltage feedback as I want to use it in an electroporation-like experiment with well defined voltage.)
Although 10%-90% rise times <1ms would be sufficient, I struggle to find a suitable low frequency , high power amplifier.
