ADV7280 - ALSB pin input leakage current.

I've been having issues trying to communicate with the ADV7280 (see this thread: https://ez.analog.com/message/182401#182401).  I have a 4.7k resistor pulling up to 3.3V on the ALSB and PWRDN pins just like the EVAL board.  I've discovered that the voltage at the ALSB pin is around 2.2V which would mean the current through my pull-up is about 0.200 mA.  The datasheet says the input leakage current for these pins is 0.050 mA (max).  What could cause the increased current?  Note, the PWRDN pin seems to be fine (it's sitting at ~3.3V).
