The ADV8005 is an incredibly flexible IC, so much so, it is actually possible to put the part in to modes which exceed the maximum rated junction temperature. For this reason, we strongly recommend customers to use the Thermal considerations procedure in the ADV8005 Datasheet to measure the case temperature in their highest power mode. This is the safest method to ensure a robust design. For this reason, we do not release the JA and JC values.
I found the ADV8005 is very sensitive to temperature at the 4K resolution。
Now I enable the TX2 output at the 4K resolution，it can output the signal at beginning，but 1-2 minutes later，there are some noise at the output signal，and then the signal is worse and worse，and then it loss。If I use the heat sinks and use the fan blow the device and let it cool，the output signal display again and stable。The temperature will be up to about over 65 °C when I take out the fan ，and when I blow it the temperature will be about 30 °C .
With or without the fan，the 2K or under resolution outputs are all stable。So I think the high temperature affects the TX phase lock loop at the 4K output。And now because limited by the space，I can't use the fan in my design.
Are there some registers use for the PLL circuits？ How can I set them and let it not to be sensitive to the temperature?
