HSC-ADC-EVALCZ LED1 FPGA PIN not worked

Hello.

I use the board HSC-ADC-EVALCZ with ADC AD9467 together with the firmware that is loaded from ftp://ftp.analog.com/pub/HSSP_SW/fpga/AD9467_FIFO5.zip.

For work, I need to use leds: CAPTURE (Y15 pin) LED1 (W10) LED2 (Y6) and UPLOAD (Y16). I added a bit of code to control FPGA IO ports in firmware.

However, I did not get to drive the LED1 on W10 FPGA pin. ( http://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/evaluation-documentation/265181843HSC_ADC_EVALC.pdf )

Other LEDs are working properly. FPGA set to "0" at the outputs Y15, Y6 and Y16. Leg W10 is in the Hi-Z state.

LED1 is working properly. I pulled it to the ground jumper and he lit up.

Is it wrong FPGA pin?
