Just a minor question about DDS

Hi everybody,

I'm planning to buy a DDS for my project. I need to generate 2 freqs: 150 y 400MHz.

I was thinking to use the DDS 2Channell AD9959 because it has a PLL multiplier from x4 to x20 for an input reference between 20 and 30MHz. So my question is: if I use a 25MHz oscillator I'm gonna be able to get the frequencies i need by multiplying by 6 and by 16, right? I'm not really sure because the diagram with the DAC confuse me I think if I use an external clock the DAC will be bypassed, is this correct?.

Also if I needed to generate an extra frequency of 1050MHz. What DDS would be best suitable for these 3 freqs?

Thank you all!
