In ad9467(dut circuitry) evaluation bord schematic pin no. 13,47,46,45,44,43,42,41 are showing different different pin names compared to datasheet. why it so?
Thank you for contacting Engineer Zone regarding the AD9467. Originally in the AD9467, there were three domains: Analog (AVDD), Digital (DVDD) and Driver (DRVDD). It was ascertained that the DVDD and AVDD nodes could be combined to make the AD9467 easier to implement (one less supply node). Hence the datasheet shows the right pinout. The evaluation board is also made to this SAME pinout, but the pin descriptions used in our engineering evaluation stayed on. You will notice in the evaluation board schematic that even though the pins say DVDD or DVSS, they are actually tied to the board's AVDD and AGND respectively.
Hope this helps answer your question.
