I am trying to measure the impedance of some biological sample using four terminal method.
So can i do it by the AD5933EBZ board or any extra circuit is required for that?
The AD5933 is not intended to be used with four electrode interface. External components are needed to use it for 4-electrode interface. You may want to check this study: http://iopscience.iop.org/1742-6596/407/1/012019/pdf/1742-6596_407_1_012019.pdf&embedded=true

in figure AD5933 section is evaluation board or not?
Or can i interface it with AD5933EBZ?
As I have read the article, it was not defined if they used the eval board or not. But, you may use the AD5933 eval board for this. You just need to disable the connections on the analog front end on the eval board, implement the galvanostatic/potentiostatic front end and connect it to the correspoding OUT,RFB and VIN in the eval board.
