I'm asking in order to acquire some AD9548 Eval. Boards with reconstruction filter tuned to 450MHz
Could you please tell me if Analog Devices can provide some evaluation boards fixed to 450MHz?
I moved this thread about AD9548 to the Clock and Timing Community. Someone here should be able to assist you.
The AD9912 Rev B schematic has a balun and reconstruction filter design that I'm sure works up to 425 MHz, and should work up to 450 MHz. The only reason I'm not sure is that I haven't personally tried it. Anyhow, this design should be a very good starting point for modifying the AD9548 eval board.
The reason we didn't use this design on the AD9548 is that the 240 MHz reconstruction filter on the eval board is much better suited to the majority of AD9548 applications.
Thank you for your inquiry. ADI has no plans to revise the AD9548 eval board ourselves. The suggestion provided above is our best proposal for getting an AD9548 eval board with a variation of the reconstruction filter.
Please note that ADI generally only supports one eval board per customer. Our eval boards are not intended or specified to be used for anything other than evaluating the performance of the device in a laboratory environment. If you have need for >1 board, and especially if you are looking for a version that differs from our standard eval board, you should undertake your own board design.
