Do the ADL5387 I and Q outputs extend to DC? If resulting DC offset is acceptable, may the ADL5387 be used as a 0Hz IF output?

The datasheet specifies "Peak Output Current" for QHI, QLO, IHI, ILO outputs as 12mA, does this figure includes both the DC current and the AC current?
The thing is that I'm intending to use a resistive divider at the outputs to transform the common mode level of the ADL5387 to that needed by the ADC. Thus I have to know how much DC current can be drawn from ADL5387 outputs without compromising the linearity.
