HDMI signal coming out from ADV7511KSTZ-P on a custom board is identified only on one TV set ( LG-M2252 ) and is not identified on any other TV sets.

Hello!

 

Please let me know - what could be the typical problem that HDMI signal coming out from ADV7511KSTZ-P on a custom board is identified only on one TV set ( on LG-M2252 it is perfect and stable) and is not identified ( no picture at all ) on any other TV sets?

In this test mode the input to ADV7511KSTZ-P ( both 20-bit Video data stream and SPDIF ) is coming from ADV7612BSWZ-P via FPGA.

Both parts are set to 1080i50 / 20 bit / 422 / Embedded Syncs mode.

Length of connection cables does't matter.

Both parts are initialized as recommended in this forum ( see below ).

 

How do You think - this problem most likely is caused by what?

1). signal integrity problems

2). wrong ADV7511KSTZ-P and  ADV7612BSWZ-P register setting

3). wrong setup / hold times for 20-bit Video data stream / SPDIF that come ADV7612BSWZ-P from  to ADV7511KSTZ-P

 

Ironically, LG-M2252 was the only TV set on which this custom board was tested and I thought, that all was OK until I tried other TV sets (((

Please give me at least a hint!
