ADV7611 DVI Input synchronization detection problem

I'm experiencing a problem with the ADV7611 when using a particular DVI input source. Several input modes are affected, including 1920x1200, 1920x1080, 1680x1050, 1600x1200, 1280x1024 and 1280x800. These are all modes that work from every other source we've used, but the ADV7611 cannot properly detect the input coming from this particular source (All displays we've tried sync correctly to this source).

The main difference we have found is in the alignment of the synchronization pulses in the DVI input stream. In most sources, the hsync pulse's leading edge is aligned to the leading edge of the vsync pulse (see attached file GoodInput.png). In the case of the problematic source, it is the *trailing* edge of the hsync pulse that is aligned with the leading edge of the vsync pulse (see attached file BadInput.png).

Is there anything that can be done to configure the ADV7611 to properly detect these modes?

Any comments/suggestions would be appreciated,
