I have a question regarding the thermal operating range of the ADV7179BCPZ video encoder chip.

As a quick note, the specification sheet for this part (Rev A) states on page 1 that the part will operate from -40°C to +85°C with a 3.30V supply and will operate from -20°C to +85°C with a 2.80V supply.
So the question is: if my supply voltage to this chip would drop 5% from the standard operating voltage to 3.135V, can the part still be guaranteed to operate from -40°C to +85°C?
Many thanks to anyone who can shed some light on this!
