Dear all,

Today I read 'HDL ARCHITECTURE' part in the webpage of

http://wiki.analog.com/resources/fpga/docs/hdl

.

As the words says,

with regard to embedded processors - Microblaze/Nios-II on fabric-only devices, ADI has designed corresponding HDL architechture.

I think the ARM variants may really have the ability to work on AXI or Avalon interface, however the soft-processors ,say a Spartan 3E Microblaze could not afford the calculating speed and porting width, could they?

What kind of microblaze is suitable for this HDL architecture?
