Hello. I am using a ELHS-T1E-AC load cell that gives a 200mV output. Can anyone recommend an amplifier that can amplify the 200mV output to around +/- 10V with low noise?
You can use ADA4004-1 (1.8 nV/√Hz, Precision Amplifier). It has a maximum of 125uV offset voltage, high gain (up to 120 dB), wide bandwidth (12 MHz), low drift (0.7 μV/°C) which makes it ideal for precision instrumentation.

I would use a true instrumentation amplifier, rather than an op amp. Depending on the highest signal frequency, you can look at AD8422, AD8421, AD8428. We have a very good book on InAmps; the good news is it is
