Is my ADAS1000 broken?

I've made my own layout of ADAS1000BSTZ a home made one, I read the datasheet a lot and I'm pretty sure I didn't miss something. But something is strange when I probe the tester my ADCVDD shows 2.1 volts? Rather than 1.8 volts. There's no problem with the DVDD... it shows 1.79 volts which is approximately 1.8 volts. Can someone please tell me if this is normal?

In my circuit I have 3.3v regulator for  AVDD and IOVDD. How to know if it's broken or not?

The situation is I tried Arduino to communicate with it using SPI, but it seems it's not responding the software I'm using and I referred to was the ADI application library for ADAS1K from Element14. My SPI mode is mode 3, and MSB first. I can't move on, I keep on trying to communicate despite of it's probability of hardware problem.
