I've recently get a FinBoard from avnet, a BF609 board with a ICE-100B emulator.
After installing all the software suggested by the Quick Start Guide, CCES and other modules, I plug the ICE-100B to the computer.
It is recognized as ICE-100B JTAG Emulator, so I think the driver is installed correctly.
Then, in CCES, I follow this guide:
Select Run->Debug Configurations
Select CrossCore Embedded Studio Application
Select "new" icon (a piece of paper with a yellow plus in the corner)
Select DSP-BF609 via ICE-100B as the Platform Type, and then click Finish.
A window will pop-up asking which executable to load for each core.
Select VisionApp_Core0.dxe for core 0 and VisionApp_Core1.dxe for core 1.
Everything is fine till now, but when I click the Debug, the following error encountered:
[TpsdkServer] Failed to connect to processor.
A ICE test stops at opening Emulator Interface(as attached image shows).
I've tried in both Windows 7 & 8.1 with the same result.
I've noticed that this error is the same as if there is no emulator attached. It seems CCES does not aware the existence of the emulator.
How should I configure CCES to use ICE-100B?
