I find the VDDIO of ADV7280 could support 1.8V,
But ADV7280-M couldn't support 1.8V,could you help to double check it?
is it any special reason for this?
Yes the DVDDIO supply of the ADV7280-M (MIPI part) cannot be set to 1.8V.
The MIPI CSI-2 output from the ADV7280-M will not operate correctly when the DVDDIO voltage is below 2.97V.
Note that the DVDDIO supply of the ADV7280 (TTL part) can be set to 1.8V. Note that in this mode the drive strength of all digital outputs must be set to maximum.
The ADV728x hardware manual (UG-637) contains descriptions on how to set the drive strength of the digital outputs from the ADV7280. See "Global Pin Control" and "ITU-R BT.656 OUTPUT CONTROL REGISTERS" sections of the hardware manual.
Thank you very much.
