AD9959 Rev. C:   DDS Evaluation Board, AVDD pins

According to the data sheet, AVDD (1.8 V) are the power pins
for each of the DAC's (total of 4 in the board), and it really seems
that the supply power can only come through the SMA connectors and not the USB nor the
power terminals. How do I supply voltage through these connectors?

Would it be okay if I just tie DVDD and AVDD together? DVDD is
supplied through the power terminal and at 1.8 V which is also the required
voltage level of AVDD. So, I was thinking of doing so with a jumper
wire, would this cause any problem?
