I want to implement a RLS filter using the program SigmaStudio on a ADAU1401A. Is this possible? I don't find the right way to do it.
Thank you in advance
I moved your question over to the SigmaDSP area of the forum.
I think the short answer to your question is no: The 1701 was not designed for highly recursive filters that require constant coefficient updates (adaptive filters). It also doesn't have square root approximation and/or hardware accelerators for division. I would argue that perhaps the 144x family of ICs or better yet, the 145x family of ICs are better equipped for this task. To better understand what you are trying to do, can you explain your application?
Have you consider using the Sharc family of floating point ICs?
