I need a high spin rate sensor capable of 90,000 deg/second rates. Can I double the rate of one of the existing gyros that is already extended to 50000????????????

Thank you for your post. One of my colleagues will need to answer the question about the range extension but I am curious if the motion in your application is constrained enough to where you can mount the gyroscope in manner where its axis of rotation was tilted away from the axis of rotation in your system. For example, if they are 60 degrees apart, the actual rotation on the gyroscope would go down by a factor of two.
90,000 deg/sec is too high since the 50,000 deg/sec is range extended already. The nominal range of the ADXRS649 is 20,000 deg/sec.
