AD9129 DLL Incorrect Phase

I am using the AD9129 and noticed that my data output is corrupted, e.g. I see lots of spurs when transmitting a modulated waveform. I ran the SED test and that test passes. However, when I read back register 0x0E, I read 0x85, where bit3 indicates Incorrect DLL Phase. It is not clear to me what this bit means, and why this bit is high even when the DAC passes the SED test.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
