BF518F16 internal flash booting

I'm porting code/design from BF516F (which was discontinued) to BF518F16.

1) I've changed my project to BF518 instead of BF516, and rebuilt everything (I'm generating an .ldr composed of 2 project - an initcode and my main code)

2) I've used the new driver supplied as example in the site and was able to burn the flash successfully. I verified and compared the burned software.

However it seems that the booting from internal flash fails for some reason.

The BMODE bits are set correctly.

If I load my code via emulator directly to target memory, everything works fine.

Is there any idea why this is so?

BTW I'm using visual DSP update 9.0. - Where there any relevant changes since then? (chip errata etc.) Is there a new processor type that matches the BF518F16 (in the visual dsp there doesn't seem to be any difference between any of the BF518 when chossing target for project/emulation session).

Please help!!!
