I'm wanting to confirm the power consumption of the BF547 whilst RESET' is being held low. Do the pins behave the same as in Hibernate mode - i.e, all tri-stated? Are there any exceptions (presumably EXT_WAKE is one of the exceptions?)
The overall power consumption on the part will be the sum of all the consumptions in each power domain. The largest contributor will be Vddint, which is a function of process, voltage, frequency, and temperature. The process dependency is removed by the maximum specs given in the data sheet, then it is a function of the other parameters as to what the static and dynamic components are (assume the Idd-idle ASF, as code is not running on the core, but the PLL is active). For the rest of the pins, the other Blackfin datasheets indicate the behavior "during and immediately after RESET", but for some reason the ADSP-BF54x sheet does not have the same guidance. I will check with the responsible parties and post again when I have an answer for you.
