Errata 05000310

This errata states:

Fetches at the boundary of either reserved memory or L1 Instruction cache memory (if instruction cache enabled) which is covered by a
valid CPLB cause a false Hardware Error (External Memory Addressing Error).

Do I interpret this errata as being applicable for:

Fetches at the boundary of reserved memory AND Fetches at the boundary of L1 Instruction cache memory which is covered by a valid CPLB

OR

Fetches at the boundary of reserved memory which is covered by a valid CPLB AND Fetches at the boundary of L1 Instruction cache memory which is covered by a valid CPLB

I'm not using the cache-ing feature, so I'd like to not lose 76*(a bunch of) bytes...

Thanks
