I can't find in the HMC849 datasheet any information about the Power Supply rejection ratio.
Do you have information about isolation of RF (RFC, RF1 and RF2) ports to control and supply ports (EN, Vctk, Vdd)?
Figures below show the isolation between Vdd/Vctl/EN ports and RF ports of the HMC849ALP4CE. This measurement was done with standard eval board of the HMC849ALP4CE, there is a 100pF decoupling cap at only Vdd. You can add adequate decoupling caps at Vdd/Vctl/EN to filter high frequency leakage and so improve isolation.
PSRR is not a parameter that we specify for any of our HMC switches. PSRR is generally used for operational amplifiers and voltage regulators to specify immunity to noise in power supply.
Video feedthrough is a widely used term for switches to specify immunity of the RF ports to the control signal. Video feedthrough refers to the spurious voltage transients at the RF ports of the switch when the control signal is pulsed without RF signal present.
FET switches like HMC849ALP4CE generate low video feedthrough since the control voltage is separated from the RF path. Video feedthrough of HMC849ALP4CE is 17mVpp when the control voltage (Vctl) is pulsed between 5V (Vdd) and 0V (Gnd) at 1 MHz frequency.

I can't find any information about Video Feedthrough in the hmc849alp4c datasheet.
In my case I have multiple hmc849alp4c connected together with the same Vctl, Vdd and GND.
So I'm interrested by isolation between RF ports and Vctl and between RF ports and Vdd in both direction and over the whole DC-6Ghz bandwidth.
Do you have anything about this?
