Dear Experts,

My customer designed ADV7169 in the video processor project. There are multi pcs of ADV7619 inside the design (ADV7619 connected straight into FPGA), and there are also HDMI Tx behind FPGA.

In the testing environment, when the video processor, the HDMI source (before the video processor product), the monitors (behind the video processor product) do not connect to the some common GND by using 3-phase plugs, once plugging or unplugging the HDMI terminal cause the different GND touched (voltage difference existing), ADV7619 output would be instable, the display flicker a bit.

In the actual application, it is difficult to insure every equipment in the whole system would use the 3-phase plugs. If ADV7619 could not connect the same GND together with HDMI source, would you please give some further advice to fix this issue?

Many thanks for your help in advance.

Jane
