How is it possible to get 5MHz from 100MHz with dividers ?

In order to mesure the phase noise of a device, I would like to get a 5MHz signal from a 100MHz signal. I've seen that there are a lot of dividers but I don't know which one to choose. Because many of them don't work below 100MHz, and those which work until DC are specified to operate down to DC for a square-wave input signal. But my 100MHz signal is a sinusoid.

To you have any advice on which divider I should use ?
