How to protect this input from overvoltage and ESD (Maximum used frequency 2.50 GHz).
It is typically done using limiter diodes.
Ok, 2.5 dBm = 0.8 Vp-p (50 Ohm)
Give me some examples of these diodes for the frequency of 2.5GHz.
I found a few diodes, but I think they are not suitable because it has great Vf

Thank you, tlili, but I could not find a diode with so small "Threshold Level". (A typical value is 7 dBm to 20 dBm)
I have one question:
The maximum safe input level is +2.5 dBm peak (single-ended, ideal match, 50 Ω source), and what is maximum safe power level for differential input.
I think that maximum safe power level for differential input = 8.5 dBm. Is it right ?
Differentially, max input level would be +5.5dBm wrt 100ohm impedance.
