AD8436 and LOW FREQUENCY MEASUREMENTS

I use AD8436 to measure RMS.

I have to measure RMS of two type of voltages.

The first type is a rectangular wave with frequency 10 HZ , pulse duration 300 us , no DC bias , peak amplitude from 0 V to 5 V.

The second type is also  rectangular wave but with frequency 1 HZ , pulse duration 5 ms , no DC bias , peak amplitude from  0V to 2.5 V.

When i measure RMS of the first type there is no problem , but when i measure the second type , there is a big error .

I have to put very big value of CAVG in order to reduce the error.

In the datasheet of AD637 , there is a circuit that is  named "AD637 as a Low Frequency RMS Converter".

Can you suggest  similar circuit for AD8436.
