My question is can I use a CT clamp and a Rogowski coil at the same time on one ADE7816 part? If yes, how do I configure it.
I'm pretty sure the answer is no. The INTEN bit that switches on the digital integrator is global, not per-channel, and you wouldn't want that switched on for your CT channels.
Just out of curiosity, what would having the integrator on with a CT clamp do to the readings?
The voltage out of a Rogowski coil represents the rate of change of primary current, so zero means the current is steady (not necessarily zero), positive means the current is increasing etc. By integrating that, you can work out the current current.
If you integrated the output of a CT (where voltage represents current), you'd interpret 0V (which represents zero primary current) as a steady current, and a positive value as an increasing current.
dBC is correct in stating that you cannot use rogowski coil on one channel and current transformer on the other. When digital integrator is turned on, there is a phase shift of -90 degrees introduced in the current channel and -20dB/decade attenuation can be observed in the magnitude. This is to offset the effect of rogowski coil (di/dt) sensor. So, when using CT, this digital integrator should be turned OFF.
