I am using HMC849LP4CE in my design. As per the data sheet power supply current requirement is mentioned for 3V and 5V only. So can I use 3.3V to operate the IC??
The HMC849LP4CE can support 3.3V operation. The large signal (power handling, power compression, IIP3) and the small-signal performances should be similar or the same as at 3V operation.
For your additional information, the HMC849LP4CE is obsolete and has been replaced by our HMC849ALP4CE. The HMC849ALP4CE is a drop-in replacement of the HMC849LP4CE, with the same or better electrical performances. Please contact me if you have other questions regarding to this product.
3.3V operation should be fine. I currently double-checking, though. If you don't hear back within 24 hrs, assume that it's fine.

do you have any IP2 data for the RF switch HMC849ALP4CE?
In our simulations we are considering IP2=IP3+10dB (as rule of thumbn), so +62dBm in the 50-650MHz frequency band.

Unfortunately, the IP2 data is not available for the HMC849ALP4CE. The IP2 is not a standard test parameter for our switch products.
